using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement
signed by the Author, then your use of this software indicates
your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

You may install and use multiple copies for multiple users without
restriction. License to use this version of this Software is free of
charge.

You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
(except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such
restriction), or create derivative works based on this Software, or
remove any proprietary notices or labels on this Software.

Distribution

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any copies of this Software, however made; and from distributing the
software and/or documentation with other products or services (commercial or
otherwise) without prior written permission.

method remains at no charge to the end user. gPhotoShow may not be
bundled with any hardware, software products or services (free or otherwise)

authorized as long as the latest version available is used and
notification of the inclusion of this Software in the collection
is sent to gphotoshow@bottin.com prior to any distribution.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantibility of fitness for a particular purpose. The
entire risk as to the quality and performance of this Software is borne
by you. Should this Software prove defective, you and not the Author,
